Journal of Science and Technology Management (JSTM) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal focusing on science and technology management, which publishes original theoretical and methodological research by Chinese scholars on scientific and technological innovation, technological change, innovation strategy, science and technology policy, and science and technology evaluation. The journal aims to disseminate the theoretical frontiers, research hotspots and innovations in the field of science and technology management to authors and readers of home and abroad.
Journal History
The JSTM was founded in April 1999. It is managed by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, sponsored by Harbin University of Science and Technology.
Publishing schedule
The JSTM is a bimonthly publication, with 6 issues published annually and published on the 15th of odd numbered months.
Digital Archiving
Articles receive Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) from the CrossRef organization to ensure they can always be found.
