Abstract
The intelligent technology progress-employment nexus is complex.In order to explore the intelligent technology progress-employment threshold effect in China,based on the Cobb Douglas production function,using the data of listed companies,threshold analysis method is applied.It is found that there are both linear and non-linear relationship between intelligent technology progress and the employment related variables.The nonlinear relationship mainly lies in the number of medium-and-high-level laborers and the wages of workers in the whole industry, the total employment and workers' wages in the basic platform sectors,the number of low-level workers and the total employment in application sectors.
