Abstract
Using the data of interprovincial panel of 30 provinces and cities from 2000 to 2016,this paper empirically analyzes the influence of factor market distortion on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The research shows that:first,the price distortion of capital and labor market factors is common;Secondly,the price distortion of labor and capital factors has negative relation to the upgrading of industrial structure.The price distortion of capital factors has a negative effect on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure,while the price distortion of labor factors has a positive effect on it.
