Abstract
The development of marine economy can not be separated from the agglomeration of marine industry, which can not only promote economic growth, but also have an impact on the marine environment.Referring to the land industrial system, the impact of marine industrial agglomeration on marine environmental pollution may also have spatial effects. In order to explore whether the agglomeration of marine industry has spatial spillover effect on marine environmental impact, this paper chooses panel spatial econometric model based on the data of marine industry in 11 coastal provinces and cities of China from 2006 to 2015.The empirical results show that,on the one hand, there is a significant negative spatial correlation between marine environmental pollution and agglomeration in coastal areas of China. On the other hand, the improvement of the concentration level of marine industry will aggravate the pollution of marine environment, and this effect has a significant spatial spillover effect.Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of marine economy from three aspects:controlling the pollution and emission of marine industry, rationally distributing marine industry and building regional common development.
