Abstract
In the context of the knowledge economy era, knowledge payment has become an effective way to meet people's information needs. To promote the sustainable development of knowledge payment platforms, operators need to understand the factors that affect users' willingness to continue to use.Based on the technology acceptance model, this paper regards users' willingness to continue using the knowledge-payment platform as the manifestation of the stimulus-body-response(S-O-R)model,and constructs a hypothetical model of the willingness to continue using the knowledge-payment platform based on network externality, perceived value, immersion experience, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.The statistical software was used to analyze the research data effectively, and the proposed model was validated by the structural equation model. The study found that network extemalities, perceived value, and immersive experience are the main influencing factors for the continued willingness of knowledge payment platforms.Based on this conclusion, relevant recommendations are provided for platform operators.
