Abstract
The implementation of the science and technology board reflects China's emphasis on the development of science and technology enterprises. In order to enable enterprises to obtain more development opportunities, accurately assessing the value of science and technology enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the value of science and technology enterprises, this paper constructs a value evaluation index system for science and technology enterprises, and establishes a value evaluation model for science and technology enterprises based on GRNN neural network. The data of 60 GEM technology-related enterprises were selected as samples. The GRNN neural network model was trained and tested by MATLAB technology. The results show that the established GRNN neural network model can accurately evaluate the value of technology-based enterprises.
