Abstract
The rapid development of internet business has caused the upsurge of e-commerce entrepreneurship, and the value evaluation of new e-commerce enterprises has become a hot topic in theory and practice. Based on the analysis of the way that the customers provide cash flow for the enterprises, the value evaluation model of the platform-based e-commerce enterprises is constructed according to the theory of customer assets and the calculation model of customer lifetime value. The method of determining several parameters in the model is proposed on the basis of analyzing the customer diffusion pattern and the customer diffusion ability of e-commerce enterprises. The results of this paper provide a practical method for e-commerce enterprise value evaluation
