Abstract
Knowledge-based talents are the key factor to promote regional economic development.To improve the region's ability to attract and retain knowledge talents,it is very important to meet the needs of knowledge talents. Based on the Kano model theory,the factors influencing the attraction and retention of knowledge talents in Northeast China are divided into five types of demand factors by traditional methods and their characteristics are analyzed.Through the improved method to explore the influence factors of mixed class demand factors.By calculating the Better-Worse index,the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of knowledge-based talents are prioritized and the development order is determined.At last,the paper puts forward the suggestion of differentiated development strategy,which has positive significance for Northeast China to rationally and optimally allocate resources to improve the ability to attract and retain knowledge talents.
