Abstract

"Internet +"has become an important national strategy for transforming traditional industries with the new generation of information technology.Internet companies and traditional entities have developed their own advantages to form a cross-border innovation alliance,and the transfer and integration of innovative resources within the alliance can be realized,which will be an important way to improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises.Based on the symbiosis theory,the symbiosis relationship of cross-border alliance members is analyzed,and the cross-border alliance symbiosis system model is constructed by improving the logistic model.On this basis,considering the influence of competition,the cross-border alliance resource transfer model is used to analyze the different symbiotic relationships.The direction of resource transfer and its influencing factors etc.,and numerical simulation studies.The results show that there is a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship among the members of the alliance,which is conducive to improving the innovation ability of the enterprise.Factors such as contribution coefficient,cooperation coefficient,and innovation resource utilization rate promote the growth of innovation resources of enterprises.In addition,a strategy to promote the effect of cross-border alliance resource transfer is proposed to provide guidance for cross-border alliances to maintain long-term stable symbiotic relationships.
