Abstract
The regional science and technology service platform is an important infrastructure to enhance the regional technological innovation capability.With the deepening of platform services,a single government-led model is not conducive to the continued development of the platform.To this end,the concept of ecology is introduced,the evolution mechanism of the platform is revealed by analyzing the symbiotic relationship,and the influencing factors are analyzed using MATLAB simulation.Studies have shown that the symbiotic environment is an important factor affecting the evolution of the platform.Finally,the Heilongjiang province science and technology service platform is used for empirical analysis,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given to provide theoretical and practical reference for the government to formulate policies and platform service innovation.
