Abstract

With the continuous development of management practice in China,team emotional intelligence,as a new field of organizational behavior has attracted the attention of academia and business circles.The existing literature mainly focuses on the following contents:first,directly study the relationship between team emotional intelligence and team performance;second,introduce intermediary variables to explore the mechanism of team emotional intelligence affecting team performance;third,introduce regulatory variables to explore the boundary conditions of the effectiveness of this intermediate process.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper combs and analyzes, and puts forward the prospect for the future research of team emotional intelligence,hoping to provide useful reference for the research of team intelligence.
