Abstract

Based on the double perspectives of TMT behavior integration and team innovation atmosphere,and combing the relevant literature,the paper put forward research hypothesis and theoretical model.Based on the empirical analysis of the sample data of the top management team of 151 science and technology innovation enterprises, this paper analyzes the mechanism of TMT vertical impact on innovation performance.The results show that TMT vertical has a significant positive impact on innovation performance in different dimensions (TMT age vertical,TMT tenure vertical,TMT education level vertical and TMT function background vertical);TMT behavior integration can mediate the positive effect of TMT on innovation performance;TMT team innovation atmosphere can adjust the positive effect of TMT vertical on TMT behavior integration.
