Abstract
By selecting the first and second batch of characteristic towns created in Zhejiang province as the research object,the geographical distribution index,Gini coefficient,global Moran's I index,General G index and nuclear density estimation method are used to study the spatial distribution of characteristic towns in Zhejiang province. Characteristics,the results show that the distribution of the total number of characteristic towns in Zhejiang province is not random,but shows the phenomenon of agglomeration level;different types of characteristic towns not only vary in quantity,but also the distribution area,the degree of agglomeration and agglomeration the number of districts is also different;the type of agglomeration of characteristic towns belongs to the accumulation of high-value areas, that is,the more the number of characteristic towns,the more obvious the agglomeration effect.When exploring the driving factors of characteristic towns,it is found that the regional economy,government behavior,cultural background,ecological environment have a profound influence on the creation and development of characteristic towns.
