Abstract

As a group with high independent consciousness and innovation ability,knowledge workers can not accept the traditional top-down work design simply in the dynamic and complicated work environment.Instead,they tend to actively carry out the work remodeling behavior according to the characteristics and requirements of the task.Based on the survey of 188 knowledge employees,this paper selects psychological empowerment as a mediator and power distance orientation as a moderator to construct the role model between spiritual leadership and job crafting.Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on their job crafting.In addition,psychological empowerment plays a part mediating role between spiritual leadership and employee job crafting.Power distance orientation of employees can negatively regulate the relationship between psychological empowerment and employee job crafting,and also have a negative and indirect effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee job crafting.
