Abstract
At present,research on gratitude and its influence mechanism have become a hot topic in the field of organization management.This paper selects knowledge sharing as a mediator and team members exchange as a moderator for researching the relationship between employee gratitude and team creativity by constructing a mediating model with the two-stage moderator.Based on the empirical test of 381 valid questionnaires of enterprise employees,the results show that:employee gratitude has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing and team creativity;knowledge sharing plays a part mediating role between employee gratitude and team creativity;team members exchange positively regulates the relationship between employee gratitude and knowledge sharing,meanwhile, regulates the relationship between knowledge sharing and team creativity.That is,the higher the quality of team members exchange,the stronger the effect of employee gratitude on knowledge sharing,and the same to knowledge sharing on team creativity;team members exchange regulates the mediating role of knowledge sharing and verifies the mediating effect model of the two-stage moderator.
