Abstract
This research explores how outsider's disadvantage influence business enterprise cohesion through the method of single case,to identify the role of the three paradigms of internal communication on the cohesion of new enterprises,namely,entrepreneurial team leadership style,the interactive process of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial teams collective efficacy,and then discuss how it affects enterprise cohesion from two sources of outsiders disadvantage.The results show that:in the early stage of entrepreneurship,due to the difference of regional culture and other entrepreneurial environment as well as the cognitive heterogeneity between entrepreneurs and employees,it is difficult for enterprises to carry out the activities of group building to cultivate enterprise cohesion,resulting in the low production efficiency of local employees.Therefore,the entrepreneurial team should strengthen frequent interactive internal communication,enhance the sense of collective efficacy,put forward clear organizational tasks and future development direction,improve enterprise cohesion,and then raise enterprise performance.
