Abstract
This paper studies the key determinants of the construction of efficient sci-tech financial network between sci-tech enterprises and sci-tech financial institutions,so as to promote the continuous increase of network capital flow cycle and ensure the smooth implementation of innovation driven strategy.The connotations of sci-tech finance network and network performance are determined,and how network scale,relationship strength and relationship quality affect the performance of sci-tech finance network is studied,then establishing a conceptual model of the factors affecting the performance of sci-tech finance network by introducing the external information environment of the network as an adjustment variable.The empirical analysis method is used to verify the relevant hypotheses.The results show that the network size,relationship strength and relationship quality have significant positive impact on the performance of sci-tech finance network;the network external information environment is positively regulating the relationship between the network scale,the relationship quality and the performance of the sci-tech finance network,but has no significant effect on the relationship strength and the network performance.
