Abstract
In the era of digital economy, the limitations of the value activities of traditional exhibition enterprises have become increasingly prominent. Intelligent upgrades can promote the quality and efficiency of exhibition enterprises. Research on the dimension structure of their intelligent upgrades has certain theoretical and practical value. Based on the value chain theory, this research developed an intelligent upgrade scale for exhibition enterprises through questionnaire surveys. The results show that: ①The intelligent upgrade of exhibition enterprises is a multi-dimensional concept, including 4 dimensions and 12 indicators of communication intelligence, management intelligence, service intelligence and operation intelligence; ②The amount of exploratory and confirmatory factor discover The scale has good reliability and validity; ③By proving the positive impact of the intelligence of exhibition enterprises on innovation flexibility, it shows that the scale has good validity and validity. Finally, the research conclusions are expected to provide reference for the implementation of intelligent strategies for exhibition enterprises.
