Abstract
According the conclusion of panel data analysis, intermediate variables are used in dynamic DEA model to calculate the technical efficiency of state-owned (SOEs)and non-state-owned enterprises (NSOEs)in Beijing from 2012 to 2017.Then the performance of SOEs and NSOEs is compared based on the metafrontier model. The dynamic DEA can provide a stable efficiency value in a certain period of time, reflect the cross period link, avoid the impact of output fluctuations, and become a key management indicator to improve productivity. It is found that SOEs have established technological advantages in key areas, while NSOEs are more efficient in light industry and some high-tech industries;however, both SOEs and NSOEs have high inefficiency brought by the intermediate links. At this stage, the main task is not only to improve the original innovation ability of enterprises, but also to pay attention to reduce redundancy and policy guidance.
