Abstract
The development of green ecological industries is an inevitable trend of Chinese industrial structure transformation.Green,scientific and effective industrial policies have an important role in promoting industrial structure transformation and economic growth.Based on the perspective of policy tools,using content analysis,starting from the X dimension of policy tools and the Y dimension of factors influencing industrial development,a quantitative analysis of 35 green ecological industrial policies at the national level in China.The study found that:Chinese green ecological industry is still in the initial stage of development,facing problems such as uneven use of policy tools and uncoordinated internal policy tools.The state should take the balanced use of supply-type,environment-type,and demand-type policy tools as the starting point,optimize the internal structure of policy tools,give full play to the effectiveness of policy tools,and focus on strengthening the synergy between policy tools and factors affecting industrial development to provide a powerful guarantee for the development of green ecological industries
