Abstract
Affected by Coronavirus infection, many companies are forced to work remotely online,so team virtuality is more valued by enterprise management. This paper conducts an empirical study on the new generation of employees by means of questionnaire survey, and examines the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior,as well as the mediating effect of workplace loneliness and the moderating effect of psychological availability. The results show that team virtuality has a significant negative impact on knowledge sharing behavior, and workplace loneliness plays a mediating role in the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior, and psychological availability has a moderating effect in the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior.Through this research,it is suggested that managers should be wary of the formation of too strong virtual environment in the team, and should pay attention to the psychological perception of members to create a good team atmosphere.
