Hierarchical regression analysis, variance analysis and group regression analysis were used to verify the hypothesis. The results show that the work values of platform-type flexible workers have a significant positive effect on the work performance. Meanwhile, the intergenerational difference has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the work values and work involvement of flexible workers. Through this research, managers are enlightened to carry out differentiated management for different generations of employees, so as to improve work performance.
