Abstract
Considering the corporate social responsibility (CSR) investment of manufacturer and retailer, the pricing decision and coordination of closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) with manufacturer licensing third-party recycling and remanufacturing were researched. The optimal decisions of node firms for CLSC were discussed by Game theory under centralized and decentralized decision-making, respectively. The influence of CSR investment of manufacturer and retailer on members and overall performance of CLSC was analyzed. The results show that with the in- crease of CSR investment from the manufacturer and retailer, the wholesale price and retail price of new product, patent protection fee of new products will increase accordingly and the profits of manufacturer, retailer and overall system will also increase. According to the problem of “double margin” in decentralized decision making, a“revenue-cost sharing" contract is designed based on the optimal solution of centralized decision making, the contract can not only achieve the coordination of CLSC system, but also promote the manufacturer and retailer to improve the CSR investment level.
