Abstract
Facing the fierce“red sea”competition environment,enterprises pay more and more attention to the“blue ocean strategy”.However,the misjudgment of the“blue ocean”market has become one of the root causes of the failure of many startups.By using the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview and field observation,this paper analyzes the market of complete civil set of bamboo panel furniture from four aspects:customer demand,existing competition,innovation attempt of value system,potential profits and risk,so as to extract the key feature sand judgment basis of“blue ocean”market.In addition to the features of“novelty,uniqueness,inadequate com-petition and risk”,it should also include:authenticity of requirements,scale,stability,measurability,focusing on core demands,and relativity.Effective identification of key features helps enterprises avoid falling into the“blue ocean trap".Finally,this paper gives some suggestions to the practitioners and potential entrants of complete set of bamboo panel furniture market.
