Abstract
In order to explore the development level of green technology innovation in the three major economic circles, and clarify the evolutionary context of green technological innovation efficiency in each region, this paper selects the data of internal cities in the three major economic circles from 2009 to 2018,and measures the green technological innovation efficiency based on SBM-Undesirable model. On the basis of verifying the existence of spatial correlation, the convergence model that considering spatial effects is used to analyze the convergence trend and influence mechanism of efficiency. The results show that the green technological innovation efficiency in the three major economic circles is rising volatility and there is room for improvement.Regional development is not balanced and the overall development situation in the Pearl River Delta is the best. The efficiency values of the three major economic circles as a whole and in each region have significant traditional B convergence and spatial B convergence. Due to differences in the initial development of different regions, the factors affecting efficiency convergence are not the same. Therefore,it is necessary to promote the process of green technological innovation according to local conditions to achieve high-quality economic development.
