Abstract
Based on self-determination theory and social exchange theory,the influence of job crafting on employee's innovative behavior and the mediating effect of job involvement were discussed.By collecting the data of 176 employees in high-tech enterprises,this paper studies the samples,and the results show that both job crafting and increasing challenging job requirements have significant positive effects on job involvement and employee's innovative behavior,while both job involvement and dedication have significant positive effects on employee's innovative behavior.Job involvement has a significant partial mediating effect between job crafting and employee's innovative behavior.Therefore,managers should pay attention to increasing challenging job requirements in practice,create more opportunities for employees and encourage active job crafting behavior,improve job involvement,and finally stimulate employees' innovative behavior by creating a good working atmosphere.
