Abstract

Drawing on the social network and resource-based theory,from the perspective of network embeddedness,this paper makes an empirical study using the relevant data of 178 information technology enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2010 to 2020 to reveal the impact of technology convergence on the innovation performance of information technology enterprises and the regulatory role of cooperative network embeddedness. the results show that the substitution technology convergence has a positive impact on the innovation performance of information technology enterprises,while complementary technology convergence has a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.Network density and centrality positively moderate the relationship between substitution technology convergence and innovation performance.Network density,centrality and structural hole positively moderate the relationship between complementary technology convergence and innovation performance.
