Abstract
Information security community plays an important role in eliminating the negative impact of information security incidents such as Ransomware and other information security incidents on people. The exploration of the formation mechanism of social capital in Information security community for social support plays an important role in efficiently raising users’ awareness of information security. [Method/Process] Based on the relationship dimension, cognitive dimension, and structural dimension of social capital, a model of the social support mechanism of Information security community is established. Through the adjustment of the social level of Information security community members, hierarchical modeling is used to investigate the formation mechanism of Information security community social capital to social support. [Result/Conclusion] Using Kafan as the research platform and forum Ransomware virus security incidents as the data source, the research results show that the relationship dimension, cognitive dimension and structural dimension of the information security community promotes information support, and the social level of information security significantly regulates social capital The three dimensions of relationship dimension, cognitive dimension, and structure dimension have the influence on emotional support, and positively regulate the influence of social capital on information support of relationship dimension and structure dimension. From the perspective of the relationship dimension, cognitive dimension and structure dimension of social capital, the formation mechanism of the social support of Information security community is clarified.
