Abstract
The construction process of characteristic towns involves the joint participation of government departments, social capital, and local residents. Therefore, for the sustainable development of characteristic towns, the key is to achieve collaboration between the government, social capital and local residents,to form a virtuous circulatory system.Based on the evolutionary game theory, the government departments, social capital, and local residents are regarded as a whole of interest related, and the evolutionary game model of "government departments-social capital-local residents"is constructed and the dynamic trend phase diagram of each subject is drawn, analyze the interactive behavior of the tripartite subjects in the process of building characteristic towns and the factors that affect the choice of each subject's behavior.Through the numerical simulation of Matlab, the influence of relevant parameters on the tripartite behavior strategy is studied. The research shows that the strategic choice of government departments is mainly affected by the government's own and social capital strategies. The increase of central government subsidies and the income of characteristic towns will speed up the evolution of government to act strategies; the strategic choice of social capital will be affected by its own,The influence of government departments and local residents' strategies, government subsidies and the increase of investment income will speed up the evolution of social capital to invest strategies;the strategy choices of local residents are mainly affected by their own and government departments' strategy choices.Based on the evolution path, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are finally proposed.
