Abstract
The digital transformation of the manufacturing family business and the inheritance of the second generation of Zhejiang businessmen are going on simultaneously.Taking family manufacturing enterprises listed on the main board in Zhejiang Province from 2016 to 2019 as samples,this study explores the impact of second-generation involvement on digital transformation,as well as the moderating effect of firm size and business risk taking level. The results show that the second generation involvement has a significant negative impact on the digital transformation;Firm size plays a positive moderating role between second generation involvement and digital transformation. The level of business risk taking has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the second generation involvement and digital transformation.
