Abstract
Entrepreneurship is one of the driving forces for economic development in the new era, but it is also a risky behavior. How to make the right decision is the top priority for the survival of the entrepreneur team. Therefore, it is of great value to explore the improvement of team decision-making performance in entrepreneurial teams. This study, based on social exchange theory and social cognition theory, uses empirical analysis method to explore the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team decision-making performance in entrepreneurial teams. The results of the empirical analysis based on 267 questionnaires from 72 teams show that: transactive memory system can effectively improve team initiative and team decision performance; Team initiative has a positive and significant effect on team decision-making performance; Team initiative plays a mediating role in the positive effect of expertise and credibility of transactive memory system on team decision performance. This study reveals the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team decision performance, and provides practical guidance for entrepreneur teams to improve team decision performance by using transactive memory system in uncertain environment.
