Abstract
The multi-dimensional and multi-point layout of the sci-tech service platform has caused the decentralization and fragmentation of sci-tech services to a certain extent. To effectively promote the transformation of sci-tech achievements and solve the problems of different service standards among sci-tech service platforms and duplication of sci-tech resources supply, this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of professional sci-tech service platforms, integrated sci-tech service platforms, and the government. The paper explores the equilibrium strategy of the game between all parties and the influence of each element on the choice of strategy, and carries out the numerical simulation. The results show that: The strategy of cooperation between the professional sci-tech service platform and the integrated sci-tech service platforms, and the government's strategy of low subsidy policy is the best strategic solution to the tripartite game; The government should appropriately adopt a high subsidy policy in the early stage to promote cooperation between sci-tech service platforms, but in the later stage, it should adopt a low subsidy policy to promote the marketization of sci-tech service platforms; Different government subsidy policies have a certain impact on the willingness of cooperation between sci-tech service platforms. Although the low subsidy policy is the government's stable solution, the government should still adopt the high subsidy policy and appropriately increase supervision and punishment in the early stage.
