Abstract
Manufacturing enterprises have carried out digital transformation, and then went deep into each link of enterprise technological innovation, providing a good impetus and development atmosphere for technological innovation, in the critical period of promoting the construction of digital China and high-quality development. This paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of digital transformation on technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises, and then collects data through questionnaire survey. Meanwhile SPSS and AMOS are used to analyze the questionnaire data and test the hypothesis. The results show that the transformation of manufacturing enterprises' digital strategy, digital organization, digital business process and digital technology application can significantly promote the technological innovation capability. Exploratory learning can positively regulate the relationship between digital transformation and technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises. Exploitative learning positively moderates the relationship between digital strategic transformation, digital technology application transformation and technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.
