Abstract
Based on the bibliometric analysis method, a visual analysis of 917 knowledge sharing documents in the Web of Science database from 2010 to 2020 was carried out with the help of CiteSpace. The study found that: the total amount of published articles changed in a step-by-step manner, and the emergence of the perspective of social cognition, social capital, and the perspective of leaders brought three jumps in the amount of published documents; from the perspective of country and regional distribution,the countries with high centrality also have a higher volume of publications; from the literature co-citation analysis, it is found that the articles of review, research perspective, and research method are highly cited, among which, the research perspective mainly focuses on the receiver's perspective, social media perspective, leader's perspective and knowledge Hidden perspective; from the analysis of keyword clustering timeline, it is found that research in the field of knowledge sharing can be divided into individual level, organizational level, and theoretical and methodological research; from the analysis of emergent words, it is found that the current research hot spots of knowledge sharing include transformational leadership, employee creativity and social media, and the research method gradually shifts from qualitative to quantitative.
