Abstract
Digital empowerment provides new impetus for the iterative upgrade and value management of the manufacturing industry. Based on Symbiosis Theory and value co-creation theory, it analyzes the multi-agent Symbiosis Evolution relationship in service ecosystem from the perspective of digital empowerment. Taking value co-creation and value co-destruction or value reduction as the antecedents affecting the symbiotic evolution of the system, this paper puts forward the internal mechanism to ensure the symbiotic evolution. On this basis, combined with data as the core element of the system enabling system, a Lotka-Volterra symbiotic evolution model based on the co-creation of data value among service providing unit, service integration unit and service receiving unit is proposed. The results show that the results of value co-creation and value co-destruction among symbiotic subjects will affect the evolution direction of symbiosis; The result of data value co-creation in manufacturing service ecosystem depends on the value of symbiosis coefficient among subjects; Symmetry, mutual benefit and symbiosis is the best model for data value co-creation of manufacturing service ecosystem; The service ecosystem dominated by service providing units helps the symbiotic system evolve to a higher-order form.
