Abstract
In the military-civilian integration science and technology innovation ecosystem, the influence of multi-agent competition on science and technology innovation activities is gradually deepening. Based on the perspective of innovation ecology, a niche suitability model is constructed to analyze the competition degree of scientific and technological innovation of military-civilian integration in the province. The stochastic frontier function model is used to evaluate the effect of technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises on efficiency. The study found that: from a national perspective, the suitability of competition is not sensitive to the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. The number of new product development projects of industrial enterprises above designated size, government financial technology expenditure and technology market turnover have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of military-civilian integration technology innovation. This paper puts forward suggestions for further optimizing the allocation of military-civilian resource structure, accelerating the pace of military-civilian integration technology innovation, and promoting the evolution direction of military-civilian integration technology innovation from three aspects: government and market, planning and mechanism, hardware and software.
