Abstract
Facing the urgent challenge from carbon peak to carbon neutralization, it is imperative to effectively promote high-quality development and implement green development. In the light of the structural characteristics of petrochemical supply chain, the five dimensions of financial value, customer service, business process, innovation & development, and green environmental protection are analyzed in this paper, and a performance evaluation index system is established. On this basis, considering the subjective and objective factors comprehensively, the combination method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method is used to realize the comprehensive weight distribution, then, the overall operational performance evaluation of the green petrochemical supply chain is realized with the help of the grey clustering method based on the center point triangle whitening weight function. At last, a case study of Shanghai petrochemical supply chain is conducted. The research results show that the evaluation system is helpful to improve the objectivity, accuracy and scientific nature of the operation performance evaluation of green petrochemical supply chain, and points out the direction for promoting the green process of petrochemical supply chain and optimizing the supply chain management strategy.
