Abstract
Based on panel data of 31 provincial administrative regions (excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan) from 2008 to 2020,this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the identification of high-tech enterprises and the promotion of regional innovation capability, and use the regulation effect to test the influence of regional resource allocation capability and regional location on the relationship between high-tech enterprise identification and regional innovation capability. The results show that:The identification of high-tech enterprises has a significant positive effect on the promotion of regional innovation capability; There is a moderating effect between the recognition of high-tech enterprises and the promotion of regional innovation capacity in regional resource allocation capacity, that is,the higher the regional resource allocation capacity, the more significant the impact of high-tech enterprise recognition on regional innovation capacity. Regional location has a moderating effect between the recognition of high-tech enterprises and the improvement of regional innovation capability, compared with other regions, the recognition of high-tech enterprises located in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta plays a more significant role in regional innovation capability. Compared with the regional location, regional resource allocation capability has a more significant impact on the relationship be- tween high-tech enterprise identification and regional innovation capability
