Abstract
In view of the characteristics of bilateral matching of personnel and posts in scientific and technological breakthrough team, and considering various index types, this paper constructs a multi-objective bilateral matching strategy.Firstly, based on the competency model and Maslow's demand theory,the evaluation index system of post- to-member satisfaction and post-to-member satisfaction of scientific and technological breakthrough team are constructed respectively.Secondly, the matching accuracy is improved by determining the matching matrix, and the satisfaction matrix of both employees and posts is obtained by constructing multi-index type processing rules and matching satisfaction calculation rules. Then, the multi-objective optimization model is constructed and solved by linear weighting method. Finally, an example is given to verify the practicability of the strategy.
