Abstract
Based on the theory of dynamic capability, the paper reveals the impact mechanism of servitization level and dynamic capability on servitization performance, and proposes research hypotheses. On this basis, 98 listed China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises with servitization characteristics from 2016 to 2021 are selected as samples, and the relationship among servitization level, dynamic capability and servitization performance is empirically tested using the two-way fixed effects model. Results show that, the servitization performance of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises increases with the improvement of servitization level and dynamic capability. Absorptive capacity, integration capacity and innovation capacity all have positive moderating effect. The conclusion of this paper provides a practical basis for the servitization transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises
