Abstract
Big data is an important engine to promote the formation and prosperity of the digital economy, and the promulgation of big data policies can effectively promote the development of the digital economy. On the basis of analyzing the development framework of the digital economy and considering the external conditions of various policies, the revised PMC index model is used to construct a quantitative evaluation index system for big data policies oriented to the development of the digital economy to quantitatively analyze the policies related to big data. Finally, the grey correlation model is used to analyze the correlation between the quantitative value of the policy and the development level of the digital economy. The research results can provide valuable reference suggestions for formulating and improving big data policies and effectively promoting the rapid development of digital economy in various regions in the future.
