Abstract

Under the background of green development,how to measure the development level of Chinese digital industry chain is the prerequisite to further promote its balanced development. Based on the existing research and theory,and considering the practical needs,this paper holds that the basic industrial capacity is the fundamental guarantee for the development of digital industry chain,the level of digital science and technology is the powerful driving force for the development of digital industry chain,and environmental protection sustainability is the important goal of the development of digital industry chain. Therefore,the paper constructs an index system for measuring the development level of digital industrial chain under the background of green development from three dimensions of “industrial basic capability”,“digital intelligence level” and “ environmental protection sustainability”,and combines entropy weight method and TOPSIS method to construct its measurement model. Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020,an empirical study was conducted to obtain the development level measurement value of the digital industrial chain under the background of green development of each province and city. Coupled coordination analysis was carried out based on the measurement value of each level indicator and the comprehensive measurement value,which is an innovation of coupling coordination analysis within the index system rather than between them. It is found that under the background of green development,the development level of digital industrial chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is low,showing an overall trend of improvement year by year,with obvious spatial differences,showing an obvious distribution pattern of leading in the east and slow in the west. There are few provinces and cities with coupling coordination degree between industrial base capacity,digital intelligence level and environmental sustainability above 0. 5. The coupling coordination level is not high on the whole but shows an increasing trend,and there is obvious regional uncoordinated development. Therefore,in order to promote the modernization of Chinese industrial chain and promote the sustainable development of industrial chain,according to the research results,some suggestions for the development of digital industrial chain under the background of green development were put forward.
